Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case being Case No. RST/51/2562/2011-2012, Computerized Case No.T201205201246, under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Mutation Case being Case No. RST/51/2562/2011- 2012, Computerized Case No.T201205201246, under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
