Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 766 of 2017 (Suman Maurya Vs. Shubhash Chandra), under Sections- 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Sigramau, District- Jaunpur, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the court below since 21.8.2017. A perusal of the order-sheet shows that the statement of PW-1 has already been recorded in this regard.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to pass final order in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to the parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
