Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, the University.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to provide the degree of B.Ed. bearing Enrolment No. 844432 and Roll No. 130790141091 to the petitioner for the academic year 2013."
Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the University has produced a copy of the instructions dated 20.9.2021, which are taken on record. According to which, prima facie, no discrepancy is found in the record of the petitioner and the degree of the petitioner shall be sent on the address registered with the University by speed post, as expeditiously as possible, if possible, within a period three weeks' from the date of production of self- attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court.
In such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of in the light of Instructions.
