Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sunil kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the U.P.S.R.T.C.
The petitioner was working on the post of the Assistant Regional Manager since 1989 and has retired on 30.06.2017 as Assistant Manager at Allahabad region.
It appears that a show-cause notice was issued to him on 06.04.2017 in pursuance of certain payments made to one Conductor. The petitioner has replied to the same on 26.04.2017 and thereafter retired from service. No dues certificate was also issued to him but after almost one year and five months of retirement, his leave encashment dues have not been paid to him. The petitioner has already made a representation in this regard to the Managing Director, a copy of such representation dated 30.11.2018 has been filed as Annexure 4 to the writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Managing Director, U.P.S.R.T.C., Lucknow) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order on the representation dated 30.11.2018 within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
