JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Sri Vikas Vikram Singh, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent no.4 which is taken on record.
Heard Sri Uma Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 has drawn attention of this Court towards the affidavit filed by one Aditya Pratap Singh who is the tenant of petitioner No.1, therefore, the petition is not maintainable.
When the same was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioners that why the petitioners have not filed the affidavit, the counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioner No.1 is the lady and she could not come to this Court.
It appears that two other petitioners i.e. petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are the seller of the property of the petitioner No.1.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file proper affidavit.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file proper affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve the copy of the petition to learned counsel for the respondent No.4.
