Heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2-U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad through its Secretary to consider application of the petitioner dated 21.2.2018 for transfer from District Amroha to District Ghaziabad on the post of Assistant Teacher in Senior Basic School under Rules 8(2)(d) of the U.P. Basic Education (Teacher) (Posting) Rules, 2008" within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the father-in-law of the petitioner is suffering from advance stage cancer and therefore, her claim for transfer from district Amroha to district Ghaziabad may be considered. It has been stated that in online form by mistake Column No. 21 was not filled up.
In view of the personal difficulties being faced by the petitioner, her grievance is liable to be considered.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the respondent no. 2-U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.2.2018 preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
