Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation against the Police Report dated 15.6.2018 submitted by the Circle Officer, Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi, in I.G.R.S. Reference No.40017418009931 dated 1.6.2018, Police Station Kaushambi, District Kaushambi.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.P. Kaushambi shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
