This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 01306 of 2018 (Suman Devi vs. Raj Bahadur), under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, to this writ petition as expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment or fixed the period for disposal of the instant case."
The petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of her mutation case filed in April, 2018, which has not been disposed of till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
