1. Sri Rajesh Kumar Bind, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that application for grant of licence/registration of saw mill has been made as per the procedure prescribed under Statute for which she submitted on-line application on 10.07.2018 (Annexure No. 2) but till date no decision has been taken by respondent no.2.
2. Learned Standing Counsel has stated that decision shall be taken expeditiously in the matter, if not already taken.
3. In view of above, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to take decision on the petitioner's application moved before him, if not already taken, within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
