2. This Criminal Revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dted 03.04.2006 passed by District and Sessions Judge, Kaushambi in Criminal Revision No. 205 of 2005 setting aside the order dated 08.09.2005 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kausambi, whereby accused-respondents were summoned in Case No. 2799 of 2004 to face trial under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in Criminal Revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
