Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Issue order or direction, directing the respondent No.1 Civil Judge (Junior Division), City, Jaunpur to decide the Misc. Application No. 26 of 2012 (Suman Devi Vs. Ghansyam), 4G, under section 151 & 45 C.P.C. dated- 01.02.2012, pending before him within stipulated period."
Learned standing counsel has no objection in case if a direction is issued for disposal of aforesaid pending case strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months, from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
