This Appeal Suit has been filed against the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.162 of 2004, dated 30.07.2007 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Tirunelveli.

In view of the order passed in C.M.P.(MD)No.1238 of 2017 recording the compromise effected through Partition Deed, dated 09.03.2012, 5 Settlement Deeds, dated 06.11.2015 and Settlement Deed, dated 20.02.2017, this Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the compromise recorded in C.M.P.(MD)No.1238 of 2017 in the above appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
