Heard Sri Bholeshwar Gautam learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A.
I do not find any reason to grant bail to the appellant Sultan @ Sulkhan. His bail prayer is declined and is rejected as he was arrested at the spot immediately after the incident while making his escape good.
