The petitioner prays that the case no. 289/2018 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code for the eviction of respondent no. 3 be decided expeditiously.
Under Rule 67, it has been provided that an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code shall be decided within a period of 90 days.
This case is pending since 31.07.2018. It is therefore, directed that the case shall be decided within the next three months from the presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
