JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that on a complaint submitted by the sixth respondent, a crime has already been registered against the petitioner.
4. The petitioner claims to have submitted a complaint against the fourth respondent. From the facts brought on record, it does appear that the dispute between the parties is with regard to a pathway and a survey was made with regard to the pathway. We do not see any ground to grant any relief as prayed for. The remedy of the petitioner is to approach the competent civil court.
WPC. No.30419/14 2 If there is any offence committed, it shall be open for the petitioner to make such complaint as permitted under law.
The writ petition is closed.
ASHOK BHUSHAN, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE A.M.SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE.
