Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gyan Prakash, Assistant Solicitor General assisted by Sri Shikha Dixit, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner prays for disposal of his representation containing all his grievances.
Without adjudicating the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before him. If petitioner submits a fresh representation, the same shall also be decided accordingly during the aforesaid period.
