State to verify the genuineness of the ground and antecedents of the applicant - convict.
The wife of the applicant - convict is present in the Court and she is informed that, after verification if the cause is found genuine, the Court may exercise discretion of permitting the applicant - convict to attend the ceremony on 21.5.2012 under police escort at his cost. She will respond to this on the next date of hearing. In the meantime, the State may also ascertain from the convict- applicant through jail authority about his willingness to attend the ceremony under police escort at his cost and shall report to this Court on 9.5.2012. S. O. to 9.5.2012.
