The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 446 of 2019, under Section 379 IPC, P.S. Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur.
The applicant is not named in the FIR and as has rightly been noted by the Sessions Judge that there is no material in support of the apprehension of arrest. Even in this petition, no foundation has been laid.
The petition is dismissed.
