JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner submits that he has raised a complaint before the second respondent for effecting mutation in respect of the property situated in Survey No.81/1 of Kalady Village, Malappuram District in the name of the 4th respondent. Ext.P3 is the complaint. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application filed by the 4th respondent, if any, only after hearing the petitioner and adverting to Ext.P3.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
