When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.12 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
