Hon'ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.
Learned standing counsel has filed counter affidavit stating therein that re-advertisement was made as some complaints were received against the insufficiency of the advertisement inviting applications to the grant of mining lease.
Let the Government Order and the judgments which provide that the advertisement should be made at least two newspapers be produced.
Put up tomorrow i.e. 13.1.2011.
