Heard Mr.D.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2016 made in W.P.(MD)No.20972 of 2016, proceedings in e.f.vz;.122/m3/2014 dated 19.12.2016 has been produced before this Court and the same is recorded.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts the same and also has made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
