1. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel.

At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has an efficacious alternative remedy for challenging the impugned orders passed by respondent No. 3 / Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Gyanpur, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi, so the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority for redressal of grievances as raised in the present writ petition.
3. Consequently, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances as mentioned in the present writ petition.
