The petitioner is aggrieved with the scheduling of a timing conference in a route to facilitate operation of the 2nd respondent without a grant as such. The learned counsel for the respondent admits that the 2nd respondent's application for renewal has been rejected. In such circumstance, there could be no timing conference scheduled with respect to the 2nd respondent's operation in the subject route. However, the 2nd respondent shall have the liberty to challenge the rejection before the proper authoirty, in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of.
