Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent had produced a copy of the order passed on 26-05-2014, in compliance with the direction contained in the judgment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no copy was communicated to the petitioner. However, a copy of the proceedings is handed over to the counsel.

2. In view of the compliance reported, this court is of the opinion that no further proceedings in this contempt of court case is warranted.

Accordingly this contempt of court case is hereby closed.
