There is no representation for the petitioner even today. Even on 02.04.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was posted to 09.04.2014. On that day also there was no representation and it was posted to 11.04.2014 in the disposal list. But, on that day, it was not taken up. But, when it is posted today also in the disposal list, there was no representation for the petitioner. So, this court feels that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
So, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
