JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the Babri ceremony of his son.
The ceremony is kept tomorrow. No time is left for verification.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
