Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred this petition seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No. 2 to 5 to construct drain (naali) on both sides of the main road going from the house of Sukhvir Singh to the house of Rohtas having a length of approximately 80 meters.
The construction of the drain either on one side or on both side of the house is a policy decision which requires no interference by us.
