This application has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 06.06.2018 passed by the Family Court/Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Court No.2, Firozabad in Case No. 1763 of 2014, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Makkhanpur, District Firozabad (Smt. Surat Devi vs. Sukhveer) awarding maintenance of Rs. 1500/- per month from the date of application to the wife.
Looking to the variance price index and the quantum of maintenance awarded, this Court finds no infirmity in the order impugned. The application fails and is dismissed.
