Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to the order dated 26.09.2019 whereunder the petitioner has been transferred from the District Aligarh to the Saharanpur Range.
Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact that the petitioner who is presently working as Head Constable holds a transferable post and that an order of transfer has been passed by the competent authority as per the due procedure. Transfer being an exigency of service the petitioner cannot possibly raise any grievance with regard to the order of transfer.
At this stage counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that he may be permitted to make a representation before the authority concerned raising his grievances. He also undertakes that the petitioner would join his place of transfer.
Needless to say that in case the petitioner joins his place of posting forthwith, any representation which may be filed by him raising his grievances may be considered by the authority concerned.
With the aforesaid observations the writ petition stands disposed of.
