Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that an order passed in proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act in the year 2018, has not been complied with as the boundary marks have not been erected.
Although, this Court was inclined to direct learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions, as to why the order has been complied with, but counsel for the petitioner insist that a direction be issued for compliance of the said order of demarcation.
The writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to comply with the final orders in proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, as expeditiously as possible.
