Heard learned counsel on behalf of petitioner, Shri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to set aside the impugned orders dated 02.12.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2 Agra, in Misc. Case No. 184 of 2015 (Sukhram Vs. Man Singh and others), Police Station Khandulee, District Agra and order dated 26.08.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Agra in Criminal Revision No. 128 of 2016 (Sukhram Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
This petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
