When the petitioners had filed a Revision before the Board of Revenue, initially an interim order was granted on 18.9.2018. Thereafter the order was extended from time to time and remained operational till 27.8.2019. For the extension of the interim order, the petitioners had moved several applications on 31.12.2019, 24.4.2020 and 7.7.2020. The petitioners have submitted before the Court that because of the fact that the order was not extended, an impending danger of eviction was there and therefore, a prayer was made that this Court may pass an order extending the order.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that orders be passed on the application filed by the petitioners for extension of the interim order within a period of one month from the next date fixed in the case.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
