1. Heard Sri Y.S. Bohra, Advocate appearing for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 03.12.2003 whereby Chief Judicial Magistrate has summoned applicants after rejecting final report in Case No. 2880 of 2003 (Mahavir Singh vs. Sukhpal and others), under Section 498-A, 304-B, 201 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. After going through the first information report and others documents, I am of the view that at this stage it cannot be said that commission of cognizable offence is not made out or there is any error legal or otherwise in the order passed by Court below against applicant. No interference, therefore, is called for.
4. Application lacks merit. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
