(1) The present Civil application No. 6750 of 2012 is filed for condonation of delay of 54 days in filing the Misc. Civil Application for restoration of the First Appeal No. 1965 of 1999 by the applicants-original appellants.
(2) Heard Mr. K.V.Shelat, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Roopal R. Patel, learned counsel for the opponents-original respondents and with their consent, the delay of 54 days is condoned and Civil Application for condoning the delay stands disposed off.
(3) The present Misc. Civil Application No. 1544 of 2012 is hereby allowed in terms of paragraph 4(A) & 5(B). The applicant is directed to remove the office objection within a week.
First Appeal No. 1965 of 1999 is hereby restored to its original file and after office objection is removed within stipulated period of time, the matter will be placed before the appropriate Court on 04.07.2012.
