At the very outset Sri Atul Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 25 of the Small Causes Court, Act. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition under Article 227 with liberty to file a revision.
The petition is dismissed with liberty to file a revision as per law.
