Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 01.04.2019 issued by A.C.J.M./Civil Judge (S.D.) F.T.C., District Rampur in complaint case No. 154 of 2019, under Section 3 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Rampur (Sitarani Vs. Sukhdev and others), pending before A.C.J.M./Civil Judge (S.D.) F.T.C. District Rampur.
Upon consideration of the various aspects of this case, obviously the summoning order dated 01.04.2019 entails all the specific details, which are required to be considered at the time of considering the stage of summoning by the lower court. The order itself is indicative of fact that the entirety of facts and the statement recorded by the lower court have been based as foundation of the summoning order (impugned). No error is reflected in the order.
Consequently, this application being devoid of merit is dismissed.
