2. Heard Mr. N.V. Gandhi, learned advocate for the applicant - original petitioner and Ms. Sejal M. Bhatt, learned advocate for M/s. Trivedi & Gupta for the respondent.

By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner has prayed for listing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.757 of 2004 for final hearing which has been admitted vide order dated 22.1.2004. The main matter relates to dismissal. Many such matters admitted prior to the present matter are pending for final adjudication and therefore, no priority can be given. Hence, this application is dismissed with no order as to cost. It will be open for the applicant - original petitioner to apply after six months.
