The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.131 of 2011 expeditiously.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and a perusal of the order sheet reveals that even the trial has not commenced so far.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
