Shri Sachin Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are certain discrepancies in the present contempt petition and prays that he may be permitted to not press this petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
Prayer of learned counsel for the applicant is accepted.
The contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
