JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
The petitioners who belong to Suc Caste Manjhwar, submitted representation before the District Magistrate, Faizabad for issuance of Caste Certificate. The representation so preferred was also not decided the instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to decide the representation.
Accordingly without entering into the merits of the case the authority concerned is directed to decide the representation, if the same has not been decided as yet, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With these observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
