Antony Dominic, J. Review sought is that of the judgment in OP(FC) No.302/14 where this Court was dealing with the validity of the order passed by the Family Court, Ernakulam in IA No.1823/14 in OP No.1674/13.
2. The main grievance of the petitioner appears to be that even access to the child was not recognized by this Court while disposing of the OP(FC). In our view, if that is the grievance of the petitioner, the same can be redressed by giving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Family Court itself.
3. We, therefore, direct that it would be open to the petitioner to apply to the Family court seeking access to the child and if such an IA is filed, the same shall be dealt with, as R.P.No.730 OF 2014 in O.P.(FC) No.302 OF 2014 : 2 :
expeditiously as possible, with notice to the parties and on merits duly adverting to the welfare of the child also.
R.P. is disposed of as above.
