JUDGMENT / ORDER

An interim maintenance order passed by the Family Court, Ernakulam is under challenge in this revision.
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that he wants permission to withdraw the revision petition. The said submission is accepted, and permission is granted for withdrawal. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
