Grievance of the petitioner is that his candidature has wrongly been overlooked for employment on the post of Driver.
It is pointed out by Sri Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 that the unit wherein petitioner has claimed appointment is situated in State of Madhya Pradesh and no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of this Court.
Perusal of the record would also go to show that petitioner is raising grievance against the authority which is situated in State of Madhya Pradesh.
Since the unit against which petitioner is raising grievance is situated in State of Madhya Pradesh and no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of this Court, this writ petition is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
