An application for grant of compassionate appointment filed by petitioner consequent upon death of his father on 5.3.2019 appears to be pending before respondent no.3. This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to take an appropriate decision in the matter.
Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that petitioner's application is already under consideration and that an appropriate decision would be taken shortly.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to take an appropriate decision upon petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
