JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Sudheer Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices for opposite parties no. 1,2 and 3 has been accepted by Sri G.S. Sikarwar, Advocate.
In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that his petition bearing Diary No. 2261 of 2014 is pending before the Central Administgrative Tribunal and the direction may be issued to the Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the issue.
Sri G.S. Sikarwar, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 has submitted that the matter of the petitioner was filed after a delay and on account of delay the Tribunal has passed order dated 23.7.2014 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Feeling aggrieved out of the order dated 23.7.2014 the petition bearing Service Bench No. 1485 of 2014 has been filed before this Court and this Court vide order dated 18.7.2017 allowed the said petition quashing the order of Tribunal dated 23.7.2014 directing the Tribunal to decide the O.A. on merits strictly in accordance with law. In compliance of the aforesaid order dated 18.7.2017 the Tribunal proposed to decide the issue on merit thereby calling upon the counter affidavit which has been filed and the rejoinder affidavit has also been filed. As per Sri Sikarwar the next date is fixed for 9.9.2019 before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Since the pleadings in the present matter are complete and it has been listed on 9.9.2019, therefore, the learned Central Administgrative Tribunal is requested to decide the matter finally, if possible, on the date fixed on 9.9.2019 and if in any case the matter is not decided finally on the next date, any short date may be fixed for disposal of the issue in question.
Learned counsel for the parties shall not take unnecessary adjournment before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
In view of above terms, writ petition is disposed of.
