JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has come up with a prayer for mandamus commanding the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to implement Ext.P1. By Ext.P1, the Government has sanctioned 24 Temporary Judicial First Class Magistrate Courts in different districts of State of Kerala under the 13th Finance Commission by order dated 13.5.2014.
3. According to the pleadings in the writ petition, more than half of the courts have already been established and functioning. Petitioner's argument is that 10 courts have not yet started functioning and the sanction is only up to 31.3.2015.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that steps are being taken for making functional the court in every District, W.P.(C) No.27118 of 2014 -: 2 :-
which is in process. The order of Government having been already under implementation as noticed from the averments, we do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed.
