JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the Civil Revision Petitions, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
