Affidavit on behalf of applicant is placed on record. Ms. Parikh seeks time to reply to the application. At her request application is adjourned to 12/7/2012. No further time shall be granted. In case, by the next date, if appropriate reply is not placed on record, the Court will be constrained to presume that there exits substance in what is complained on behalf of work-woman that she has given less amount than the last drawn wages by way of compliance with Section 17-B of I.D. Act.
In my view this amounts to non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, which may entail result of dismissal of the main matter for default, as the statutory provision cannot be flouted with impunity.
