Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Petitioner had applied for appointment to the post of Trainee Teacher in response to advertisement dated 30.11.2011. It appears that the claim of petitioner was not considered, and as such she approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.38648 of 2014, which was disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned to examine petitioner's claim vide order dated 27.4.2017. The District Basic Education Officer, Bhadhoi, thereafter passed an order on 2.6.2017 requiring the petitioner to submit her educational testimonials. Petitioner claims that she submitted all such materials before the authority concerned. Alongwith supplementary affidavit filed today, it is stated that petitioner's result has been declared and intimated to the District Basic Education Officer, Bhadhoi with a direction upon him to take further needful steps. Grievance is that consequential orders and necessary action is awaited at the level of the District Basic Education Officer concerned. Reliance is placed by the petitioner upon a decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.7256 of 2018 (Sachin Kumar and others vs. State of U.P. and others), decided on 20.4.2018.
Although list has been revised and learned counsel for the petitioner is present, but none appears for the District Basic Education Officer.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.6 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Bhadhoi, to declare petitioner's result and in case she has been selected, then necessary further action in terms of rule 14(1)(C) shall be taken by the authority concerned. The required exercise shall be undertaken within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
